Roberto Leuzzi
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
He has several years of experience in financial advisory activities primarily in the banking sector, with a particular specialization in M&A transactions, business valuations, business planning, and restructuring projects, including debt restructuring.
He has participated in various reorganization, merger, and transfer projects of business units, also following changes in ownership structures or in response to corporate crisis situations and changes in business, including bankruptcy proceedings, repositioning, and buyouts.
He has developed interim management experiences by taking on key roles within companies, including that of Chief Financial Officer at Banca Consulia and as a board member in other organizations involved in reorganization projects. He has also taken on several roles as a technical consultant in the context of financial judicial proceedings.
Previously at Arché, he gained experience in the financial-banking sector, holding various roles at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services and Andersen Corporate Finance.
Graduated cum laude in Banking, Financial and Insurance Economics from the Catholic University of Milan. He is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and in the Register of Legal Auditors, and has obtained the Certified International Investment Analyst CIIA® diploma.
Daniele Loro
FOUNDER
Years of experience in financial advisory activities, successfully completing numerous M&A transactions, business valuation activities, business planning, corporate and organizational restructuring, and restructuring projects.
Over the past eight years, he has developed specialized knowledge in the Fintech field, with a particular focus on P2P Lending and the payment systems sector.
Ha maturato ampia esperienza di consulenza e management per progetti che hanno richiesto funding da investitori professionali, impiego di strumenti digitali, tecnologie web, connessioni API nei settori del credito al consumo, nei sistemi di pagamento e nell’asset management. Nel contesto di questi progetti ha assunto posizioni di management, occupandosi dei relativi processi autorizzativi.
Ha ricoperto la carica di amministratore delegato della piattaforma di P2P Lending PRESTIAMOCI e dell’Istituto di Pagamento PituPay. È stato membro del consiglio di amministrazione di Banca Consulia.
Laureato in Economia Aziendale presso l’Università Bocconi di Milano. È iscritto all’Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti di Milano e nel Registro dei Revisori Legali.
Anna Sala
ASSOCIATE PARTNER
She has twenty years of experience in financial advisory activities, specializing in M&A, support for feasibility plans for new initiatives and corporate restructuring, business planning, company valuations, and intangible asset valuations.
She has gained in-depth knowledge in the sectors of consumer goods, food, utilities, fashion, and retail, within the scope of a multitude of projects that include M&A activities, merger operations, spin-offs, contributions of business units, corporate reorganizations in crisis situations, including in bankruptcy proceedings and extraordinary administration.
Previously, she developed experiences in the financial sector as the administrative director of Digital Bros, listed on the Star segment, and as a director at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services and Andersen Corporate Finance. She also worked at AIFI, the Italian Private Equity Association.
Graduated in Business Administration, specializing in Freelance Profession, from Bocconi University in Milan. She is a contract professor for the Master's program in Merchant Banking at LIUC University in Castellanza, and a regular member of AIAF. She has written several publications on extraordinary finance topics.
Matteo Peterle
ASSOCIATE PARTNER
Consolidated experience in various areas of financial advisory, with a specialization in business valuation and intangible asset assessment, preparation of business plans and fairness opinions, and assistance in M&A projects. Has acquired in-depth knowledge in the financial-banking sector.
Previously at Arché, he gained experience in transfer pricing at the firm Valdani Vicari & Associati, where he worked on assignments for major Italian and international clients operating in the pharmaceutical and tobacco sectors.
Graduated in Business Administration, specializing in Corporate Finance, from Bocconi University in Milan.
Fabio Giarretta
MANAGER
He has gained experience in the field of reorganizations and extraordinary operations, such as acquisitions and mergers of companies, business units, and investments.
He has also developed significant experience in the field of subsidized finance, management control, and business planning, with a focus on preparing business plans for industrial and financial entities.
Graduated in Administration, Finance, and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
Nicolò Andreucci

Nicolò has been at Arché since January 2021 and is involved in business valuation, market analysis, business planning, and assistance in M&A projects for financial and industrial entities.
Previously at Arché, he worked at BNP Paribas Securities Services, providing post-trading services to support financial institutions and issuers.
Graduated in Economics and Business Law with a financial specialization from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
Giacomo Porro
ANALYST
He joins the team in February 2025 and is responsible for company valuations, economic and financial analysis, market analysis, business planning, and support for M&A operations in the financial and industrial sectors.
He obtained a master's degree in Finance from the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.
During his studies, he gained experience in Advisory and Asset Management while working at Fineco Bank and Banca Generali.
Guido Valentini
SENIOR ADVISOR
He has thirty years of experience in Financial Advisory services in the retail, food, and utilities sectors gained in international consulting firms.
The main areas of his expertise are focused on extraordinary finance operations, particularly M&A, having completed acquisitions in Italy and abroad, in operational and financial restructuring projects, including in the context of extraordinary administration procedures, and in Board Advisory activities such as fairness opinions and valuations of companies and intangible assets, as well as business due diligence. He has held positions for listed and private Italian and foreign companies, private equity funds, and public institutions.
Previously at Arché, he was co-founder and Director of LECG Consulting Italy, Equity Partner at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, responsible for the industrial sector, Worldwide Equity Partner at Arthur Andersen, and Managing Director of Andersen Corporate Finance, responsible for the Branded Consumer Goods and Retail sectors.
Graduated in Economics and Finance from the University of Genoa. He is a regular member of AIAF.
Monica Botti
ADVISOR
She has gained professional experience in the legal and banking sectors, acquiring specialized skills in law as well as cross-functional skills.
She has held various roles at Banca Consulia, including that of Human Resources Manager, dealing with labor law, the management and development of human resources, Compensation and Incentive Policies, recruitment and selection of personnel, and labor relations.
Previously, he/she practiced law at the Zitiello and Associates Firm, acquiring specific expertise in financial, banking, and insurance market law, labor law, providing assistance and consulting for banks, financial intermediaries, SIMs, and asset management companies.
Graduated in Law from the University of Brescia. She is registered with the Bar Association of Brescia.
